Leeds College of Art Pop-up Shop 2

Based upon the success of the previous pop-up shop the college has decided to continue this into a second. I consulted Bridget about the previous pop-up shop and concerns that were rased from the vendor's feedback. Not to go into too much detail but it was felt there could have been better marketing for the event, flyers were simply not enough at getting people to come to the event. There we also issues with the placement of the work which may have led to other people selling more items because of their location. There were also some issues relating to seller's fees and how mush space was allocated for each vendor. All in all however I was pleased with the outcome but from a design perspective I could do much better.

From speaking to Bridget I am to take much more design control of what goes on within the pop-up shop. Starting from the name of the event, then onto promotional material design and manufacture, and I in particular want to ensure that the design aspects of the shop are of a high standard.

In terms of the name of the event it should aim to communicate the sophisticated nature of the college and creativity. The shop will now have a limit on the price tag of it's items of £25 so it should communicate accessibility for those not wishing to spend a lot on art products. I triangulated various words to try and come up with a name:
